About the Artform
Floral ink illustrations are a visually appealing artform. In fine art, the term 'pen and ink' denotes a drawing technique involving the use of black and other coloured inks which are applied to a support (generally paper) with either a dip pen or a reservoir pen.
About the Session
In this session, you will learn about ink illustration and how to create a beautiful, rich floral illustration using only the simplest art supplies. The artist will break down each step of the process so that it's super easy for you to follow along and get the hang of the techniques required to create this illustration. At the end of the session you walk out with a beautiful piece of art all their own.
This is a 'beginner-friendly' session. (Age: 12+).
