About the Workshop
Kerala mural paintings depict Hindu mythology. Ancient temples and palaces in Kerala, display an abounding tradition of mural paintings mostly dating back between the 9th to 12th centuries. Traditional murals uses panchavarana (5 colors - Red, Yellow, Green, Black and White) extracted from Natural Sources. As time has passed, this art has found new mediums from wall murals to canvas, paper, fabric, terracotta etc.

She is an engineer turned artist started EthniiChic in 2014 with an intent to promote Indian Art Forms. She works on various mediums like wood, glass, paper, canvas, cloth, ceramic, etc. to create functional art with the theme of traditional art forms.
