About the Artform
Calligraphy is the art of beautiful Handwriting. It is a Visual Expression related to writing with different tools and instruments. Calligraphy is a subject in itself, it includes so many scripts that we can write with beautiful tools. The ink, brushes, pens all have a very meditative feel.
About the Session
In this session, the artist will teach you the age-old art form in a completely new and innovative way where you will be taught about it right from the basics, starting with Calligraphy and its different styles, various types of calligraphic scripts along with understanding and usage of specific tools used in calligraphy and along with this, by the end of the workshop you will draw a beautiful piece with some of the very basic tools mentioned in the materials section. All of the mentioned will be taught in a way to provide you with a complete hands-on experience of the art form by the end of the workshop.
This is a 'beginner-friendly' session. (Age: 7+).

She started learning the beautiful art of calligraphy a year ago and since then its never looking back. She has her own range of products of calligraphy. She has also taken online classes for different calligraphy scripts. She is an Engineering student and Calligraphy artist from Dehradun. She has also conducted various workshops for Calligraphy.
