About the Artform
Resin is a unique compound of chemicals that hardens to form a more durable material. The synthetic substance can be used to create objects from molds or be added to a piece of artwork to protect it from wear. The material has a glass-like luster and plastic-like composition which has made it popular among artists. The medium is fun to work with and produced unique and abstract patterns on the canvas.
About the Session
In this session, you will learn about the modern artform in a much familiar way, starting with introduction Floral patterns with a fusion of resin artform, and how to create a beautiful, rich floral resin coaster using only the simplest art supplies. All of the mentioned will be taught in a way to provide you with a complete hands-on experience of the art form by the end of the workshop.
This is a 'beginner-friendly' session. (Age: 10+).

She has always been interested in art since her childhood and being an army wife she has travelled to many remote areas in India. Throughout all the travelling, the only thing she could take along is her love for creating art. She believes it's important to understand resin practically and make a lot of mistakes since that’s the only way to learn what not to do the next time around. This is something she has told all her 1000+ students!
