About the Workshop
Tie and dye is a self-explanatory term you just tie and then dye fabric. It is a resist dyeing method in which the areas you do not want to be dyed are blocked using different methods of tying and then the fabric is dyed, the areas that are tied remain undyed resulting in beautiful patterns.
In this session, we are going to start from the basics and move on the learning different tie dye techniques.

Hailing from Nepal, he graduated from Pearl Academy in Delhi with a B.A. degree in fashion design. While in college, he learned the tie and dye technique and fell in love with it. He wished to continue engaging with this art. Hence, after working in the industry for 2 years, he started Luyk, a homegrown kidswear brand. He also conducts online and offline workshops to promote the art.
