About the Artform
Watercolor art dates from Stone Age cave painting when early Paleolithic man first painted pictures of animals and humans in their caves using charcoal, ochre, and other natural pigments. It was later popularized in Egyptian art after the discovery of papyrus (paper).
About the Session
In this session, you will learn about the art form starting with an introduction to the techniques of using two or more colors together. And as the name suggests, you will learn to doodle flowers to create a composition that can be used to make gifting cards, bookmarks, etc, and experience the flexibility of watercolors and the fun doodles.
This is a 'beginner-friendly' session. (Age: 9+).
