About the Artform
Dot Mandala is a combination of two artforms - Dot Painting and Mandala. Dotting is a very calming and therapeutic art form. Various colors are infused to create a pattern kind of look that looks just like a mandala. Dot Mandala art form is mainly originated from aboriginal Australia.
About the Session
In this session, you will learn about the modern art form in a much more familiar way, starting with an introduction to Dot Mandalas. It will be a quick DIY session, where you will get to know various tips on how to get started with this, what tools you can use and what are other surfaces you can work with. Along with this get started with dot mandalas, drawing grids, and getting your dots perfect. All of the mentioned will be taught in a way to provide you with a complete hands-on experience of the art form by the end of the workshop.
This is a 'beginner-friendly' session. (Age: 12+).
