The mandala is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism, representing the universe. The circular design symbolizes the idea that life is never-ending and everything is connected. The mandala also represents a spiritual journey within the individual viewer.

In this session, you will learn about the art form starting with an introduction to the spiral mandala, grid formation, and ways to use tools This mandala will help you learn how to concentrate because the big picture at the end will make you happy.
This is a 'beginner-friendly' session. (Age: 10+).

Kajal is an ISO certified calligrapher, doodler and Mandala artist. She started her page 'Doodle Art Therapy' during the lockdown and focuses on doing things that make your soul happy. She indulges in artforms such as calligraphy, doodling and mandala that are therapeutic and meditative. She believes painting various artforms releases stress. She has also conducted calligraphy workshops for 100+ people.
