About the Artform

Resin is a unique compound of chemicals that hardens to form a more durable material. The synthetic substance can be used to create objects from molds or be added to a piece of artwork to protect it from wear. The material has a glass-like luster and plastic-like composition which has made it popular among artists. The medium is fun to work with and produced unique and abstract patterns on the canvas. 

About the Session

In this session, the artist will teach you the age-old art form in a completely new and innovative way where you will be taught about it right from the basics, starting with an introduction to resin art, a brief about the artform and marble effect. All of the mentioned will be taught in a way to provide you with a complete hands-on experience of the art form by the end of the workshop.
This is a 'beginner-friendly' session. (Age: 10+).

She has always been interested in art since her childhood and being an army wife she has travelled to many remote areas in India. Throughout all the travelling, the only thing she could take along is her love for creating art. She believes it's important to understand resin practically and make a lot of mistakes since that’s the only way to learn what not to do the next time around.
