About the Artform
A mandala is an abstract design that is usually circular. The word 'mandala' translates to a circle in the Sanskrit language. They contain different geometric motifs and shapes that are made with a lot of precision. These designs also hold a great deal of symbolism in Hindu and Buddhist cultures. Coloring mandalas allows the brain to enter a peaceful state and to be focused on filling in the geometrical shapes instead of thinking about their worries.
About the Session
In this session, you will learn about painting a super colorful galaxy, blending colors, adding details, and then completing the painting with some gorgeous pattern work, and Mandala patterns, Fixing mistakes along the way.
This is a 'beginner-friendly' session. (Age: 10+).
