About the Artform

Dot painting originated from aboriginal Australia. Dot art is an art form that is created by the technique of using dots of distinct colors in a pattern to form an art/ image. This art form is very calming and stress-relieving. So, you are in for an artsy and therapeutic experience!

About the Session

In this session, you will learn about the art form starting with an introduction to various forms of patterns and dots with help of dot tools and other alternative instruments.
This is a 'beginner-friendly' session. (Age: 10+).

She creates handcrafted, hand-painted home décor products using Mandala/ Dot art as an artform, which not only adds colors & beauty to space but also brings calmness and tranquility to space. She pursued her Masters in Fashion Management from NIFT and was a Fashion Merchandiser by Profession. To beat the stress of the corporate world, she spent her free time practicing the art of Mandala and Pottery which eventually became her full-time profession.

  • Dot tools (alternatives- toothpick, cottonbuds, matchsticks, paint brush, pencil )
